INGREDIENTS
  • ½ cup Cass-Clay 1% Low Fat Cottage Cheese
  • ½ cup Cass-Clay Skim Milk
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup frozen unsweetened mixed berries
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Place cottage cheese, skim milk, sugar, vanilla, and frozen berries in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend 1 minute or until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
