NRG Bottled Milk
During 1956-1957, Cass-Clay phased out glass bottles as containers
for milk, but brought them back for a unique marketing effort in
1963.

That's when Cass-Clay began manufacturing and distributing NRG,
a plain or chocolate-flavored milk packaged in bottles and sold
in vending machines at prices competitive with soft drinks.

Even though sales were high, distribution problems prevented NRG
from catching on nationwide; the product was discontinued several
years later.
